Fair Usage Policy

    Fair use of AI Receptionist and Unlimited AI Chat services provided by Grow50x FZ-LLC.

    Intended use

    AI Receptionist and Unlimited AI Chat are for genuine customer conversations for your subscribed business. Legitimate automated replies, lead follow-up and agreed marketing workflows are permitted, subject to consent requirements, applicable law and channel policies.

    Prohibited activity

    Do not send spam or unlawful messages; resell access or share accounts across unrelated businesses; generate artificial bot-to-bot traffic; bypass safeguards; or engage in activity that disrupts the service or harms other customers.

    What unlimited covers

    Unlimited applies to AI chat messages only. It does not include Voice AI minutes, SMS, advertising spend, third-party channel charges or separate services. Existing package allowances and disclosed charges continue to apply to those services. This policy introduces no numerical AI chat message cap, hidden surcharge or automatic paid upgrade. Any future numerical threshold must be explicitly approved and disclosed before implementation.

    Review and enforcement

    We may review suspected misuse and contact you to allow correction where practical. We may temporarily restrict or suspend abusive activity when necessary, using a response proportionate to the risk. Immediate action may be required for security or legal risks.     Refund terms

    We do not offer a voluntary money-back or satisfaction guarantee. Refund requests are reviewed under applicable law and any binding contractual obligations. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

    Price and plan changes

    We may change our prices or what's included in a plan. New prices apply to new purchases from their effective date. For existing subscriptions, we'll give you at least 30 days' written notice, and the change applies from your next billing period after that. Annual plans change only at renewal. You can cancel any time before a change takes effect, at no cost. Already-paid periods are never changed.
