Refund terms
We do not offer a voluntary money-back or satisfaction guarantee. Refund requests are reviewed under applicable law and any binding contractual obligations. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
How to request a review
Email hello@grow50x.ai with your account and company details, invoice reference and reason for your request. Submitting a request or cancelling a subscription does not automatically trigger a refund.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law. Binding contractual obligations remain unaffected.
Price and plan changes
We may change our prices or what's included in a plan. New prices apply to new purchases from their effective date. For existing subscriptions, we'll give you at least 30 days' written notice, and the change applies from your next billing period after that. Annual plans change only at renewal. You can cancel any time before a change takes effect, at no cost. Already-paid periods are never changed.
