1. Who we are

Grow50X.ai ("Grow50X", "we", "us") is operated from In5 Tech, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For privacy questions, data export or deletion requests, contact hello@grow50x.ai.

2. Data we process

• Business contact data — names, phone numbers, email addresses, company details and enquiry context submitted by you or captured by our agents.
• Voice data — call recordings and machine-generated transcripts of conversations handled by our AI voice agents.
• Messaging data — WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook messages routed through agents we operate for a customer.
• Service data — scheduling records, CRM synchronisation logs, and technical logs needed to run and troubleshoot the service.
• Website data — basic analytics and language preference stored in your browser.

3. Why we process it

To deliver the services a customer has contracted (answering calls and messages, booking appointments, writing records into a CRM), to support and improve service quality, to secure the platform against abuse, and to meet legal and accounting obligations.

4. Roles

For data captured while operating agents on behalf of a customer, Grow50X.ai acts as a processor and the customer is the controller. For our own website, sales and billing records, we act as controller.

5. Subprocessors

We rely on a limited set of vendors, each bound by confidentiality and data-protection terms:

• Cloud hosting and database providers (application hosting, storage, backups)
• Telephony and messaging providers (call routing, recording, WhatsApp/Instagram/Facebook delivery)
• AI model providers (speech recognition, speech synthesis, language models)
• Stripe (payment processing)

A current subprocessor list is available on request.

6. Retention

Contact and CRM records are retained for the life of the customer relationship. Call recordings and transcripts are retained only as long as needed for the contracted purpose, or for the retention window a customer configures, after which they are deleted. Billing records are retained as required by UAE law.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. Email hello@grow50x.ai and we will respond within 30 days. If we process your data on behalf of one of our customers, we will forward your request to that customer.

8. Call recording and consent

Where calls are recorded, notice is given at the start of the call. Customers are responsible for the lawful basis of recording in their jurisdiction; we provide the configuration needed to announce or disable recording.

9. International transfers

Data may be processed outside the UAE where a subprocessor operates in another region. Such transfers are made under appropriate contractual safeguards.

10. Intellectual property and site protection

All rights reserved. The Grow50X.ai website and platform — including all copy, design, layout, user interface, graphics, brand assets, prompts, agent configurations, workflows, automations, dashboards, documentation and underlying code — are the exclusive property of Grow50X.ai and are protected by UAE and international copyright, trademark and trade-secret law.

Without our prior written permission, you may not:

• copy, reproduce, mirror, frame, republish or redistribute any part of this website or platform;
• scrape, crawl, harvest or otherwise extract content, structure or data by automated means, including for dataset creation or AI/model training;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, probe or otherwise attempt to derive our source code, prompts, system instructions, models, integrations or system architecture;
• use the website, demos, widgets or trial access for competitive benchmarking, cloning, or to develop, market or operate a competing product or service.

Access to our public demos and embedded widgets is granted for evaluation purposes only and transfers no ownership, licence or other rights. We monitor for abusive automated access and reserve the right to block or terminate access and to pursue all available legal and equitable remedies. Full terms are set out in our Terms of Service.
